Working closely with the Sales and Engineering teams, the role will include planning marketing campaigns, design creative customer literature, producing PR and advertising material and coordinating the marketing budget to achieve a high level of Company sales leads.
Customer Service Team Leader
An experienced team leader is required to manage a small but busy customer support team. You will need the ability and skill to take ownership of situations, and to champion customer requirements within the business. The successful applicant must have a desire to achieve a high level of measured customer satisfaction.
Sales Office Assistant
The sales office assistant is a key pivotal role within the Sales team. You will communicate with customers directly and be responsible within the team for expediting new orders, liaising with installers and sub-contractors and ensuring timely equipment installs.
