We are pleased to announce our latest release of Insight, 2.15.0, with an array of new features now live for all customers. Our development team has been busy adding several new features and enhancements in this release. Here are the highlights:
Stream 6 support – General system performance and responsiveness enhancements
Compatible Insight tiers: Essentials, Essentials Plus, Business & Enterprise
Trakm8 Insight users of all product tiers will now benefit from improved system performance following some updates we have made to our back-end support network. This enhancement has been delivered in line with customer feedback and Trakm8’s ‘evergreen’ approach to the Trakm8 Insight platform; delivering continuous improvements by way of new functionality, sharper user-interfaces and general performance developments to further enhance customer experience.
The latest release delivers general performance improvements across the board and system users can expect their interactions with the below tools and features to be enriched by the update:
- Dashboard loading times
- Media upload times for integrated camera hardware
- Dynamic and scheduled reports
In addition to improved responsiveness, the enhancements have been delivered in readiness for further product enhancements by way of new features that are to be delivered later in 2025 via our product development roadmap.
Media Viewer Tool Enhancements
Compatible tiers: Essentials, Essentials Plus, Business & Enterprise
Following the release of the media viewing tool in Insight version 2.14.60, further enhancements have been made to the tool in order to improve user experience when viewing media and filtering event types.
The tool now pre-selects some of our most common event types that media can be generated against so that the tool first loads with the suggested media files.
This tool makes viewing, upgrading & downloading media a quick and easy experience.
