Insight 2.9.1 is now live for all customers. Our development team has added several new features and enhancements, including:
The Incident Workbench feature has been enhanced with various improvements, including to the web portal user interface and the PDF data export. Each new feature has been added to help users more efficiently understand incidents and their context using the visual prompts on the workbench.
The journey start, end and driving behaviour events have been added to the event timeline to make it easier to understand each event alongside their associated icons. The icons can be selected as ‘jump off’ points to help users navigate to the area of the journey that is of interest.

We have added more functionality to our vehicle checks solution, allowing users to report on their driver’s submitted checks as well as having more visibility over any failures reported by the drivers via the walk-around vehicle check solution.
Report on your fleet’s vehicle check statuses within the portal in order to view historic checks and identify any gaps in submission. Users can also now receive alerts based on status changes of the checks within their fleet to help them stay compliant.

Users can now now configure the time frame that is associated with a vehicle checklist. We have enabled this functionality in addition to daily walk-around checks, meaning that drivers can now complete weekly or monthly checks based on the vehicle’s requirements.
The vehicle checklist time frame can be configured via the ‘vehicle type’ section within admin:

Stay on top of the vehicle checklist failures using the fleet health widget. Any failed check that renders the vehicle ‘not safe to drive’ will now be shown as a red status within the fleet health widget as well as creating a case via the case management tool.

Users can now upload images which are to be shown to drivers via the app when they are completing their daily checks. This is particularly helpful for users that operate a remote work-force, as this feature allows them to provide specific details and vehicle location reference points alongside the required check.
